When does the contract have to be sent back?

Our office must receive the contract within 28 days of the contract date (listed at the top of the contract). Sending the contract in before this time reserves your date.

What happens if I don't send the contract in before the 28 days?

Unfortunately, your date will be given to the next person on the waiting list.

When is the money due?

The fee for services rendered is due in full at the BEGINNING of your party. You may, of course, pay in advance, but remember, NO deposit is required!

How long do I have to cancel the party after having signed the contract?

You have up to four weeks (28 days) prior to the date of the party to cancel. Neglecting to do so will result in forfeiture of the entire fee.

When should I call to request the song lists for my event?

You should call at least one month prior to the date of your party to request them. They should then be received in our office at least two weeks before your party.

What if the songs I want to hear are not on the song list?

If there are a couple of very special songs which you have in your possession, we would be more than happy to play them (provided they are on compact discs). Due to the many requests we receive throughout the night, we may not be able to play every song your bring.

What if I need to change the time on the contract?

This may be done by writing in the new time and initialing it directly on the contract.
